These terms govern your use of the services provided by 3engines LLC (“3engines,” “we,” “us”), a digital agency based in Syracuse, New York. By using our website, requesting an audit, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.

What we do

3engines builds AI-optimized websites, AI chat agents, and digital marketing tools for contractors and local businesses. Our services include custom website design, structured data implementation, AI search optimization, chat agent development, analytics dashboards, and ongoing monthly optimization. We also offer free AI visibility audits to assess how well AI search engines can find and recommend your business.

Free audits

Our AI visibility audit is free, requires no payment information, and comes with no obligation. You can run up to 3 audits per email address. Audit results are provided as-is and represent a point-in-time assessment. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but scores may vary as our audit engine improves and as AI platforms evolve.

Subscriptions and payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice.
• Setup fees are one-time charges billed at the start of the engagement.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we do offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new accounts. If you’re not happy within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your first month.

What you get

The specific deliverables depend on your plan (Launch, Grow, or Scale). All plans include a custom website, AI search optimization, and hosting on Cloudflare at no additional cost. Higher-tier plans include AI chat agents, lead capture, analytics dashboards, and dedicated account management. Full plan details are available on our pricing page.

Intellectual property

Here’s how ownership works:

• Your content is yours. Any text, images, logos, or branding you provide remains your property.
• Your website code is yours. If you cancel, you can export your site’s source code. No lock-in.
• Our platform and tools are ours. The 3engines component library, audit engine, AI systems, and dashboard remain our proprietary technology. You get a license to use them while subscribed.
• We may showcase your site. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may include your site in our portfolio and marketing materials.

What we expect from you

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Respond to requests for content, images, or approvals in a timely manner
• Don’t use our services for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer our audit engine or AI systems

Service availability

We host all sites on Cloudflare’s global network and aim for 99.9% uptime. That said, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events happen. We’ll communicate proactively about any planned downtime.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We do our best to build great websites and deliver accurate audits, but we can’t guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, lead volumes, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms our platform or other users. On termination, your site will be taken offline, but you can request an export of your code and content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Onondaga County, New York.
