3engines LLC (“3engines,” “we,” “us”) builds AI-optimized websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it straightforward.

What we collect

When you use our site, request an audit, or become a client, we may collect:

• Your business type and what you’re looking for
• Messages you send through our AI chat agent
• Basic site analytics (page visits, referral source) via Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no personal tracking

How we use it

• To run your free AI visibility audit and send you the results
• To provide the services you’ve signed up for (website design, AI optimization, chat agents)
• To send you your report link, service updates, and account communications
• To improve our audit engine and services
• We do not sell your information. Period.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — Hosting, DNS, and edge delivery for all sites
• Anthropic (Claude) — Powers our AI chat agents and audit analysis
• Resend — Sends transactional emails (audit reports, sign-in links)
• Twilio — Handles phone calls and SMS for client sites
• Plausible Analytics — Privacy-first site analytics (no cookies, no personal data)

SMS and messaging

If you interact with one of our client sites via SMS (for example, after a missed call), you may receive automated text messages related to the business you contacted. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies.

Cookies

Our marketing site (3engines.com) does not use cookies. Our dashboard (orbit.3engines.com) stores a session token in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in — this is not a cookie and is not shared with any third party.

Data retention

We keep your audit data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Request a copy of the data we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Opt out of any communications
• Close your account at any time

If you’re in California (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR), you have additional rights under those laws. We honor all of them. Just email us.
