For businesses whose website we run. When someone sends an inquiry through your site, you get a text with their name, number and what they asked. Reply to the text and your answer goes straight to them, in the chat if they’re still on your site, or by email if they’ve left.

What to expect

• Texts come only when a new inquiry arrives, so frequency varies with your website’s traffic.
